The ESFS General Meeting 2023 will be held in person at Konflikt, in Uppsala, Sweden.
Meeting 1 – Friday 9th June 13:00 – 16:00 CEST
- End of exclusion of disallowed, as per section 17 of statutes
- Roll call
- Reports
- Chair
- Finance
- Approval of minutes from last year
- Ratification of last year’s statute change – new award category Best Event, Festival or Convention organized by fans, and new award category Best Comic Book or Graphic Novel
- Award nomination presentations – maximum duration 3 minutes
- Pre-recorded videos welcome! Delegates to send link to video in Google drive or other cloud storage by Tuesday 6th June, to fionna.osullivan(at)gmail.com
The voting for the awards will open after the first meeting, to be done online. Delegate email addresses must be valid, and delegates must have a device that they can access that email from in order to be able to vote. Award voting closes at the end of the second meeting on Saturday.
